Printify App Privacy Policy

This privacy notice covers the Kittl Printify Extension and supplements Kittl’s main Privacy Policy at kit.temphost.top/privacy. Both apply in full; this notice describes only what is specific to the Printify integration.

The Printify Extension uses the Printify API to let you browse the Printify catalog, create print-on-demand products from your Kittl designs, push designs to your Printify library, and import product mockups from your Printify account into Kittl. When you connect Printify, Kittl stores only the OAuth credentials (an access token, and a refresh token where applicable) needed to call the Printify API on your behalf. Product mockups and print files you view may be cached by our content delivery network for up to 24 hours so they load quickly in the editor; we do not otherwise store your shops, products, mockups, print files or uploads on Kittl servers; Printify content is fetched from the Printify API on demand when needed to provide the integration. Anything you choose to import into a Kittl design is governed by the imported-content terms in our main Privacy Policy.

When you publish a design from Kittl to Printify, the exported image of your design, the file name you enter, and the product details you choose (title, description, product type, print provider, the variants to offer with a placeholder price, and the position of the design on each print area) are sent to Printify via its API. The image is first uploaded to your Kittl uploads so that Printify can fetch it, or sent to Printify directly if that upload is not available. Once published, that content is governed by Printify’s terms; you can edit or remove the resulting product or library file in your Printify account.

Kittl receives operational data back from Printify in connection with publishing, for example the id and preview of the uploaded file, the id and status of the created product, its variants and the mockup images Printify renders, and error messages, which we use to operate the integration.

Kittl does not access or process the personal data of Printify buyers, including names, shipping addresses, or payment information. That data flows directly between you and Printify under Printify’s privacy practices.

When you disconnect the integration in Kittl Settings, uninstall the extension in Kittl, or remove Kittl in your Printify account under Connections, Kittl deletes the credentials from its production systems (subject to the limited log and backup retention noted in the main Privacy Policy). Any Printify data cached on Kittl’s infrastructure expires within 24 hours, and Kittl deletes all merchant data within 30 days after you uninstall the extension. Kittl does not resell or redistribute Printify content or Printify-derived data to any third party. Printify content remains subject to Printify’s Terms of Service.
